There are so many tools you can use to help you tap into your inner power. Journaling helps to become self aware of your thoughts and focus on the things you want to attract.
Here are some journal prompts you can add to your daily routine:
If anything was possible what would my best life look like, how would it feel and how would that make an impact on family, friends, relationships, clients. Spend at least 5 minutes, getting as detailed as possible
What experiences would my success allow me to have/create/do? Write it down in present tense as if it is already happening
Describe an ideal day as your future self including all of the senses (sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing) and how you feel (joyful, proud, excited , peaceful etc) and making it 80% believable
What do I really need right now to feel good?
How does it feel to be wealthy, abundant and happy? Write with as much detail as possible and slow down to feel those feelings now
How does my most wealthy & abundant self behave? Maybe you no longer check the prices on things, maybe you no longer price compare when you shop, maybe you outsource chores and tasks to someone else? Maybe you pay for delivery services or convenience to save time? Take time and think of different possibilities that would be
What does my heart need right now? How can I give myself the deeper desire today? For example, if there is a need for more income maybe the deeper desire is for you to feel safe or secure.
